Yes, we offer 100% bulk billed physiotherapy at both Jesmond Healthsure and Elermore Vale Medical Centre. All you need is a valid GP referral under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC plan).

 A CDM referral, also known as a Chronic Disease Management referral, is a type of referral provided by a general practitioner (GP) that allows eligible patients to access Medicare-subsidized allied health services. It allows you to receive up to 5 fully funded allied health sessions per calendar year, including physiotherapy.

Visit your GP and request a CDM/EPC referral for physiotherapy. Your GP will assess your condition and, if appropriate, issue a referral to Fletcher Physiotherapy.- Use equipment at your home, workplace, or sports club for improved compliance.  

Veteran Affair's and Medicare Chronic Care Plan – Yes, a Referral is required from your GP prior to commencing treatment.
